Algorithmic alien drone electronics. I was doubtful wether this would work very well without the stunning visuals. Safe for short track KS34, which makes me want to murder someone, it does! Headphones required. NYP.
Favorite track: Stargazer.
INSPIRALS is the name that astrophysics give to binary stars that lose energy and spiral in towards each other melting into one. In a similar way, for my live AV performance I have developed a novel technique to fuse two light sources: the image of an analog cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor and laser projections.
The CRT monitor has a monochromatic blue beam. Its fast coils can draw many lines to form complex and detailed shapes. The movement of a laser beam is much slower but has a colorful and brighter beam. I superpose it to enhance part of the CRT image.
In this performance, as in most of my recent work, the sound you hear it's the same signal that creates the image. It's a true synesthetic experience that binds the visual and aural perception of the public that I call "visual listening".
The work gets inspiration from deep space fauna: binary stars, lenticular galaxies, quasars, black holes, and curved spacetime continuum.
This release belongs to a new audiovisual series dedicated to the promotion of video art.

Pure algorithmic concentration music. The cover is so unassuming, don't be misled. Hard to pry yourself away from after a minute. A severely reduced set of sounds, yet always changing and fascinating. tr_🇺🇦
